Lymphatic Rosary
This is a ring of distinct white, ‘small bead-like’ spots (above) usually around the outer edge of the iris. The whiteness indicates a tendency for lymphatic congestion and immune dysfunction. People with these signs on the outer edge of iris can be more predisposed to colds, allergies, asthma, bronchitis, other mucous/catarrhal problems, and/or skin ailments.
If, however, the lymphatic congestion signs are located further in (deeper) from the outer edge of the iris then more chronic health problems (often of a rheumatic or immune type) can develop. In this case treatment can be just as effective but may take longer.
Movement (walking, cycling, jogging, trampoline, etc.) to encourage lymph flow and avoidance of mucous forming foods (eg. dairy and white flour products) are a priority. Mark can effectively treat your lymphatic congestion with dietary/lifestyle adjustments and natural medicines prescribed according to your individual needs.
