Iris Snippet - Pigmented Spots or Flecks in the Iris
In my private practice, clients often ask me “What do those coloured spots in my iris mean?”
These brown, yellow, orange or black pigmented spots can mean many things and predispose you to many different health issues depending on their colour and position in the iris, and one’s diet, lifestyle and stresses experienced in life.
Brownish Spots (most common – refer to picture above):
a) Also referred to as ‘liver spots’. Looking after the LIVER of someone with these spots throughout their life is always a priority.
b) If they are inherent (noticed from birth) there is a potential weakness, associated with family history, in the organ tissue where present. With the right dietary, lifestyle and stress management guidance the ‘potential’ health issues need not arise.
c) Learning to ‘let go’ is a life lesson to be learnt for these people. Refer above to “A Happy Liver”.
Yellowish Spots:
a) Looking after the KIDNEY of someone with these spots throughout their life is always a priority.
b) If they are inherent (noticed from birth) there is a potential weakness, associated with family history, in the organ tissue where present. With the right dietary, lifestyle and stress management guidance the ‘potential’ health issues need not arise.
Orange Spots:
a) Looking after the PANCREAS of someone with these spots throughout their life is always a priority.
b) If they are inherent (noticed from birth) there is a potential weakness, associated with family history, in the organ tissue where present. With the right dietary, lifestyle and stress management guidance the ‘potential’ health issues need not arise.
